ChurchSprints is a website that helps churches walk through daily devotional "sprints" together. It is run by Life of Faith Church in Irondale (Birmingham), Alabama ("we"). By creating an account or using ChurchSprints, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

Who can use ChurchSprints

• You must be at least 13 years old. Families take part through a parent's account.
• Use your own account, keep your sign-in details to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else is using your account.
• ChurchSprints is currently a free beta. Features may change, and there may be occasional interruptions while we improve it.

Joining a church's sprint

When you join a sprint, the church that runs it can see your name, email, and progress (which days you complete and which steps you check off), so its leaders can encourage you. You keep access to every sprint you've joined, even after it ends.

For churches and their leaders

• Church admins manage their church's sprints, dates, sharing links, and settings, and can see their members' progress. Use what you see only to care for and encourage your people, and keep it confidential.
• Invite people only to your own church's sprints, and only add videos and content you have the right to share.
• If you create access keys (for example, to connect an AI assistant), keep them secret. You're responsible for what is done with your keys; revoke a key right away if you think it's been exposed.

Content

• Sprint devotionals, videos, and other materials belong to their authors (including Life of Faith Church in Irondale (Birmingham), Alabama and participating churches). You may use them for your own devotion and for your church's sprint, but please don't copy or republish them elsewhere without permission.
• Scripture quotations are taken from the New King James Version®. Copyright © 1982 by Thomas Nelson. Used by permission. All rights reserved.
• Videos play from YouTube, and YouTube's own terms apply to them.

Please don't

• Try to see other people's accounts or information, or get into parts of ChurchSprints you weren't given access to.
• Interfere with the site, overload it, or collect information from it with automated tools (except the connector we provide, used with your own access key).
• Use ChurchSprints for anything unlawful, harassing, or harmful.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Your privacy

How we collect and use information is explained in our privacy policy. You can ask us to close your account at any time.

No warranties; limits on liability

ChurchSprints is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Life of Faith Church in Irondale (Birmingham), Alabama is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or interruption of the service, arising from your use of ChurchSprints. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

Changes, governing law, and contact

We may update these terms; when we do, we'll change the date above, and continuing to use ChurchSprints means you accept the update. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. Questions? Email info@lof.church.
